Festival Venue

The festival takes place in one of the most beautiful and popular cities in Europe - Krakow, which was awarded by the European Commission in the finals of the Access City Award 2011 for initiatives that make life easier for people with disabilities. In the Old Town there is a special tourist trail for the blind with models of the most important monuments signed in Braille.

Kraków Opera

The final concerts of previous editions were held at the Juliusz Słowacki Theatre. This year, we are moving just nearby – to the Kraków Opera. It is one of the most important cultural institutions in Kraków, with a rich tradition dating back to 1954. Its home is a building located in the city center, opened in 2008, combining modern architecture with elegant interiors, creating a unique atmosphere for art lovers.

The main hall of the opera seats over 700 people and offers excellent acoustic and technical conditions. Kraków Opera presents a repertoire of opera, ballet, and music, enjoying widespread recognition. Since the opening of the new building in 2008, it has been visited by over one million people, and in June 2015, Kraków Opera was awarded the “Cracoviae Merenti” Medal, the highest distinction for outstanding contributions to the Royal Capital City of Kraków.
