In your email, please provide:
- the full names of all guests,
- the number of guests,
- your preferred bed configuration: one double bed or two separate beds,
- the exact dates of your stay,
- your preferred package:
- accommodation + admission to the Gala Concert at the Kraków Opera, or
- accommodation + admission to the Gala Concert + Gala Dinner at the Galaxy Hotel.
Rates
Accommodation at the Galaxy Hotel****, including breakfast:
- PLN 450 / room / night - double room,
- PLN 410 / room / night - single room,
- PLN 120 / person / night - additional guest sharing the room.
Festival events - 21 November 2026:
- PLN 120 / person - ticket to the Gala Concert at the Kraków Opera, starting at 6:00 PM,
- PLN 175 / person - Gala Dinner at the Galaxy Hotel, starting at 9:00 PM.
Due to the very high demand for accommodation in Kraków in November and limited room availability, all reservations are non-refundable.
Our Reservations Department is available Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Outside these hours, reservation requests are handled by the Galaxy Hotel reception.
